It's becoming a trend and even Garance thinks it's cool. Garance is The Sartorialist's ladyy and she's equally cool and very funny and she approves of the trend she even made a post about it. AND HERE TOO!

as I was walking home, the sun came out of the skies and began torching my neck with heat so I thought, "Shiiittt, I can't take the heaatt~~" and then it hit me!
I was holding the denim shirt! I placed it on my back and instant relief surged out of my neck. :> I OUTSMARTED THE SUN. :))

My point here though, is that I realized that Europeans and Americans are not the only ones who can do the shoulder thing. We can do it too! It's actually more efficient than "totally" wearing the jacket and getting your arms real warm when you're here in a tropical country.

So I've decided to try and do this again, but this time wear it in school. The hurdle I have to go through though is that I hope I don't look like I'm trying to COSPLAY because it could lead to that. :| Which, no offence, is just not my thing.
I have to unleash my inner Olivia Palermo. =)))) Jk. I don't have that...but I have to choose my outfit wisely!

Balmain-ish shirt is thrifted, denim shirt is thrifted, and Topshop shoes was a gift from my friend Andrea!
Inspiration photos were found all over the net, I can't remember which is which! But one thing's for sure is that they're all from other bloggers and not mine. :)
