A Week's Worth of Photos

I'm so back-logged on the things I need to post so I decided I need to catch up tonight just so my files don't get clogged or sumthin. So here's a week's worth of photos from the things that inspire me to the people I care about.

White and brown are the colors of my life right now aside from red bricks that is.

Cool typography in Banana Republic.

Cool graphic print in People's Palace restaurant in Greenbelt. It's an okay restaurant but I'd choose Fely J's any time over People's.

BRICKS!!!

Bricks-ish in EDSA. I was on my way to internship when I took a photo of this.

Bikes are also the love of my life. I wish I can remember how to ride them. I know people say it's impossible to forget how to ride a bike, but somehow I did...or maybe it's just because my brother's bike is bigger than what I can handle? :))

My socks! Navajo-inspired from Forever 21.

This man is always there when I was going to work (past tense because I finished my internship there because school is catching up on me). He's pretty good. I donated some cash for him after work that day.

Navajo prints! I want one for a shirt. :))

Canon went in SDA and had a talk/seminar whatevs one day and my friend Trixie told me to drop by because it was fashion photography na. This dude was the last speaker he was pretty cool.

Of course this dude is Doc Marlon Pecjo. He was cool and all but I wish he made a little visual presentation and talked a little better instead of being TOO casual about it (I think the very POOR audio quality of the venue also made his "talk" look or rather, sound bad). Nevertheless, he was kind enough to let me shoot one of the ginormous cameras they had there and he taught me some stuff to on how to "talk" to a model. Sadly, my model was a bitchy prof who intended to be sarcastic the whole time because I had a feeling that she wanted Doc Marlon to shoot her. Psh.

Doc Marlon asked a lot of questions and (proudly, in some way) I said some of my answers out loud. The room was pretty quiet eh. :))

Here, he's being photographed by my friend and he was pretty much happy to be the model. He did a gazillion pose that the light had to stop functioning because my friend kept on shooting the camera :)) He's a cool dude. Might I add that I love his pants and shoes?

He asked questions about famous photographers and magazines and I realized I knew a lot na ah, in-fairness. :))

Down here are some of the installations of the students in SDA:

An airplane crashing.

A bike made out of different objects like a shovelk, hydraulics, springs, etc. This one has got to be my fave!

Steampunk-inspired, I'm guessing? :))

Some(deadly?) Sins below:

My awesome ninang wearing this pretty awesome dress!

It's pretty much inspired by an art movement but I forgot what it's called. Is it Bauhaus ba? =)) I forgot na talaga.

My Aztec print socks!

And last but not the least, my friend's test paper for our one and only VIDPROD2 QUIZ! =)))))) Everyone was laughing because no one really studied for it (no one studies like that in SDA anymore once you get through the general studies, hahaha). I got a 2 which was pretty lucky. That was a pretty hilarious Monday morning since everyone was clueless in the exam. Luckily it's the last. :))

Welp, that's it. A week's worth of photos and look at the time! I just turned 20. Very overwhelmed right now. Feels the same but there's a twang of sadness that I feel and yet I get to see these photos and realize that I shouldn't be sad. I should just keep on going because life has to move on and there's still so much left to uncover and take photos of.

ps. the photos are blurry because I used an old digicam :)) Sorry, nakaktamad mag-dslr lately :P
