Walking in Makati.
I went to my mom's salon because she got her hair re-colored and cut. She was with her friend who was getting her hair dye-d as well so after reading 3 or 4 Vogues, I decided to go out for a walk since the rain stopped already.
Here are some of the things I saw that afternoon:

This cool place called Picasso that has an awesome logo. I believe it's a gallery/cafe (?)
Oh, and I loove taking photos of buildings and since Makati is like the business center of Metro Manila, it's pretty much filled with buildings and I'm sure un-earthed secrets.

I love taking pictures of corners...I don't know why! It just fascinates me in some way I can't explain or understand.

Oh, and this building is weird/cool-looking because it looks like it has rust everywhere. As you go closer you'll see a rust color with some purple streaks which is something I've never seen on a building before! I wonder what's inside that building tho :\

Oooohhh, what pretty colors these leaves have!

I liked this building because it reminded me of Singapore!

I like the font.
After the salon, my mom treated her friend out to Circles! Lucky I went with mom...buffettfest~~

Whenever I eat at a buffet restaurant, I try to focus on the "expensive foods" that I don't always eat, ika-nga para masulit ang pag-kain. I make sure to get 2 plates of sushi and the expensive lambs or roast beef. And I always make sure I still have room for dessert!

Sweet baby Jesus, Bless this cake! This cake is sooo heavenly and it's called Ohana. My favorite part of eating this cake was when I get to the crunchy part. Ughhh, saraaap.
CREEPY STALKER BABY PIC ALERT!
Can I just say this baby is soooo cute?!?!

AND THAT WAS MY DAY. BOW.

I May Have Been An Architect Or An Interior Designer...
in my past life.
One thing I discovered while studying in SDA (School of Design and Arts) is that I looovee interior design and architectural books. When I was in first year of my college life (which I'm still not out of), I used to have crappy schedules so I tend to have big long gaps between my classes and the things I do to kill time is to either go eat in the cafeteria, sleep, use the computers in the computer lab to surf the net, go to the LRC to cram homeworks, OR READ INTERIOR DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURAL BOOKS (which I end up borrowing and taking home).
After that, it just kept on going...I ended up following some interior/architecture related blogs in tumblr and in bloglovin.
Here's some photos:

Am I the only one who feels calm looking at these photos? Is that weird?

Sunday around Rockwell.
I went to Rockwell Power Plant and brought my camera and I took a photo of the phone booth thingy and the security guard told me I can't take a photo of it..:| :| :| I think I even gave her a weird look because she repeated what she said but as a "law-abiding citizen", I turned my camera off. I told her "Okay..but...IT'S JUST A PHONE BOOTH!" and she didn't know what to say and just smiled at me so I walked away =))))
......
I CAN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE FREAKING PHONE BOOTH.
I CAN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE FREAKING PHONE BOOTH.
I CAN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE FREAKING PHONE BOOTH.
I CAN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE FREAKING PHONE BOOTH?!?!??!
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY IS THAT ILLEGAL? She said it's okay if there's someone in the photo but when no one is around I can't take a photo of the phone booth.
IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. =)))))
I'd totally understand (actually, parang hindi rin eh) if she'd stop me taking photos of the stores in the mall but A TELEPHONE BOOTH?!?! WHYY ON EARTH IS THAT SO WRONG???!?
Please, someone...answer my question. Enlighten me in the rules of the malls coz I sure as hell don't get it.
Aaaannndddd you're (reader) all like:
"cool story, BRO"
=))

Soooo...I went to Ilocos PART 2

What they're stepping on are really corals.
And on the other end of the picture are divers, which is really cool. Too bad I wasn't able to take photos of them. :(

I've never seen the sun this bright and out. Usually there'd be something blocking it, but there, it was just beautiful and amazin, ya know what I mean? :)))) Probably not.
It was soo peaceful there, if only there were some trees to hide under I could stay longer. But alas, it was too hot for me and I could feel the sun burning my face.
Next stop was this church. I forgot the name -__-
BUT. IT HAD FAT BUTTRESSES ON THEM!!! I LOVE BUTTRESSES AFTER SEEING THE SCIENCE OF IT ALL IN NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL! I've always wanted to see one live after watching that documentary. :))

The bell is always separated from the church just in case something bad happens, like..I dunno, collapsing of the church or something like that. :))

My friend Io, taking photos of the FB!
Apparently, future me or is it past me(?) got there first. Here, she marked her territory and left a message for me. :)))) Kidding.

The next place we went to was the second Malacanang where the Marcoses lived. It was a bahay na bato where the first floor would be made out of stone while the second floor is made of wood. It is made so because of temperature/climate-wise...it's quite hot there you know, so they needed some venitlation.
My friend Pam thought it would be nice to rent the place and have a party/soiree at the backyard. Nice idea, Pam. :)))

Their playground...a golf course. =))
Kidding, although I have a feeling the Marcoses own that golf course.
Pam, playing around...this is sooo cool for tumblr. =))))
