Drawing Crangi.

Everyone, I'd like you to meet Philip Crangi. He's "an award-winning designer", in jewelry that is. Don't be fooled and don't be too judgemental, his jewelry line, MAAAYYYJJJOORRR BADASS!!!

Ugh, totally gwapooo..but he's gay sooo, yeah :|

I decided to draw him for my homework in DESKPUB(Desktop Publication) for an ad for my "pretend" design studio which I named RIPPED TEE :> :> :> I was tasked to make a folder and calling card which I love! I will post it soon so I can share it with you guys. :)

My idea for the ad was combining Photoshop brushes with my hand-drawn illustration of Philip Crangi and make it as an ad. Here shows the progress of my drawing. I may/may not post the final ad because I'm kind of lazy to post THAT. :)))))

Anyhoo, here it is :

Added some "highlights"

Et voila! Le finished produkt! :))

Philip Crangi is not just known for his jewelry line, he's also known for his sense of style and he's one of Tommy Ton's best dressed men in GQ. I suggest you guys check him out because he's one of the men to watch out for and get tips and tricks on how to dress nicely (and cool-y) but still be comfortable and look "manly".

Here's Philip Crangi's 10 Essentials in GQ

and

Here's The Crangi Family Project where he shows his jewelry line that he shares with his sister

and

Here's Giles&Brother , the store...

I leave you with a video of Philip Crangi and his studio:

Photos I got from The Dandy Project's site.
Ps. My drawing looks more "tougher" than Crangi himself, looks like he's an angry god from the Greek mythology who can smite me with his mighty lightning rod or something. =))

PPS. If you are highly doubtful about guys/men wearing jewelries and looking gay, here is my rebuttal:

Totally GQ approved! Whatever GQ says, GOES!
